Our students visited Frederik Meijer Gardens to see large-scale, three-dimensional sculptures in person. Soon, they'll begin their public art unit project where they'll be the ones designing large works for public display.
In the workshop space at Frederik Meijer Gardens, our students worked in small groups to create kinetic pieces of art with scrap metal just like famous artist Mark Di Suvero.
